You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your TikTok OAuth tokens. Mechagens cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. API Usage & Third-Party Terms
Our service interacts with the TikTok API. By using Mechagens, you are also bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok against your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mechagens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
