When you authenticate with Mechagens via TikTok, we access specific information authorized by you through the OAuth consent screen:

• Profile Information: Your username, display name, and avatar.
• Video Metadata: Statistics for your published videos (views, likes, comments).
• Authentication Tokens: Secure access tokens used to perform actions on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide the Mechagens dashboard experience. This includes:

• Displaying your TikTok performance metrics.
• Facilitating video scheduling and uploads as requested by you.
• Improving the Mechagens automation algorithms.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your TikTok access tokens only as long as your account remains active. You can revoke our access at any time through:

1. The "Disconnect" button in your Mechagens settings.
2. Your TikTok account security settings (Settings > Security and Login > Manage App Permissions).

Upon account deletion, all associated TikTok tokens are permanently purged from our databases within 30 days.
